Inner Balance Center is looking for talented massage therapists to join our team! We are a family-owned and operated therapeutic massage clinic, established in 1998. Our clinic is located in the Bay Park area of San Diego, with easy access to the I-5 freeway and free off-street parking. We offer a variety of massage services with a well established client base.

At Inner Balance Center, we strive to provide a professional and relaxing culture for both our employees and clients. Our therapists are given the freedom of an independent contractor but with the financial security of being an employee. There's no need for extra folding of sheets or cleaning, beyond the standard room preparation. Plus, we don't enforce sales quotas or expect therapists to sell packages or memberships.

If you are a personable and reliable professional with a passion to help others, then we want to hear from you! We are seeking those especially proficient in deep tissue and therapeutic massage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform customized 60, 90, and 120-minute massages to fit the needs of the clientele

• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold all safety standards

• Provide the highest level of professionalism and quality of service to all clients

• Perform additional duties as directed by management

Requirements:

• Active CAMTC Certification is required

• Liability insurance is required

• Must be well experienced in deep tissue massage (3+ years)

• Must be able to work at least one weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday)

• Must be able to do at least 4 hours of massages per shift

• Previous experience at a similar therapeutic massage clinic

All applicants must complete a 60 minute hands-on practical as part of the interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
