Getting Here

Situated right between Claremont and Pacific Beach, and just across from the picturesque Mission Bay, Inner Balance Center is conveniently located for easy accessibility. If you're on the I5 freeway, simply take the Clairemont Drive exit. Our address is close to the cross streets of Denver and Gesner, nestled in the Mission Bay Professional Building on the second floor. As you approach, you’ll find ample parking in our spacious lot, including two handicapped parking spots on either side of the front entrance.

Entering Our Sanctuary

The building's front door isn’t automatic, but the entrance is flat with no steps, ensuring ease of access. If you or your companions require an elevator, it's located right within the building entrance and is spacious enough to accommodate wheelchairs. Prefer the stairs? There are two stairways at each end of the hallway for your convenience. Once you've reached the second floor, our welcoming suite, 2D, is centrally located across from the women's restroom.

Settling In

Upon entering our space, you'll be greeted by a tranquil waiting room. Here, you can take a moment to relax. Quench your thirst with some refreshing water or indulge in our complimentary chocolates. Our dedicated massage therapists will greet you soon.

For those concerned about restroom accessibility, our clinic boasts a gender-neutral bathroom that's wheelchair-friendly.

Your Personalized Massage Experience

Your massage therapist will personally meet you in the waiting room, guiding you to your designated massage room. Here, they'll discuss any specific aches, pains, or areas of concern, ensuring the session is tailored to your needs. Your comfort is our utmost priority, so don't hesitate to convey any health issues or preferences, be it in music choice or table heating adjustments.

Once the consultation is complete, your therapist will provide privacy for you to disrobe to your comfort level and settle between the sheets on our hydraulic massage table, which can be height adjusted as needed. Respectful of your privacy, your therapist will knock and seek your permission before re-entering the room.

Your massage session will be a harmonious blend of expert techniques, with each body section being undraped as need to maintain your comfort and privacy. The hot towel compresses, an exclusive feature of our sessions, will amplify your relaxation, and also help in absorbing excess massage oil, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience.

Concluding Your Session

Post-massage, you can take your time to dress. Your therapist will then meet you in the waiting room with a revitalizing glass of water and more chocolates, a sweet end to a serene experience.
